David Berdinner is a teacher of piano and music theory based in Tring, Hertfordshire. He has more than 40 years of experience teaching pupils, from beginner to diploma level.
Please use the menu and pages of this website to learn more about David, his qualifications, lesson prices, as well as information about accompaniments and providing music for weddings and funerals.
For almost 30 years - from 1990 to 2019 - David held a pupils' concert, which was an opportunity for students to gain valuable performance experience. The concerts were held at St Martha's Church in Tring and were attended by the families of pupils, as well as the general public. We were delighted that, over the years, the concerts raised thousands of pounds for Christian Aid*.
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic it was not possible to offer a pupils' concert and, following this, the difficult decision was made to cease running this annual event. However, David and his wife Rosemary will continue to run occasional concerts at St Martha's with friends and former pupils. Information about these will be announced on the St Martha's website.
*Christian Aid is an international charity which works with people of all faiths and none to fight for a world free of poverty and injustice. They operate in 50 of the most economically disadvantaged countries around the world.
