Accompanying, Funerals & Weddings

When his teaching schedule permits, David is available to play for accompaniments, funerals and weddings (the service and/or reception). His repertoire is extensive, as is his collection of musical scores and arrangements, and any hymn, anthem or piece of classical music may be requested.

ACCOMPANYING

A package is available for instrumentalists seeking a piano or organ accompaniment for performances/examinations. Prices are as follows:

Rehearsals + performance*: £100 + travel expenses (there is no charge for travel within Tring or the immediate surrounding area)

Performance only: £50 + travel expenses (there is no charge for travel within Tring or the immediate surrounding area)

*Price is based upon two one-hour rehearsals on a separate day from the performance/examination.

FUNERALS & WEDDINGS

Generally speaking, prices are as follows*:

Funeral service: £100 + travel expenses (there is no charge for travel within Tring or the immediate surrounding area)

Wedding service: £100 + travel expenses (there is no charge for travel within Tring or the immediate surrounding area)

Wedding reception: £150 + travel expenses (there is no charge for travel within Tring or the immediate surrounding area)

**Prices are based upon a one hour funeral service (plus music before and after), a one-and-a-half hour wedding service (plus music before and after the service) and two hours of continuous music at a wedding reception (including comfort breaks). Prices for exceptional requests may be negotiated.
